How do I wear these in my shoe? O top of the existing insole? Do I take the original one out completely? I just read something that said under the existing? Instructions in the box would have been nice Thanks

Asked by: April
“Usually we recommend removing the original insole and replacing with the new ones but it is entirely up to your preference.”

I have flat feet and my arches have been painful lately. Which inserts do you suggest I buy?

Asked by: Whats_up123
We would recommend our Airr Orthotic insoles. They offer semi-rigid support along with cushioning for low to neutral arches.

I am wondering if there is soles to help my husband he walks on the outside of his left foot and his shoes wear down very quickly on his left foot

Asked by: Buffie
We would recommend the Arch insole. It provides cushioning that will help correct his left foot stride, but will still give and be flexible on his right foot.

Please make this in full length, it does not appear you make anything that is exactly the same and I struggle as an athlete keeping these in place along with feeling the leading edge under my foot. Please make me a better runner!!!

Asked by: JimmyRunner
At this time, our Plantar Fascia is only available in the ¾ length. We recommend trying the Airr Orthotic insole, which is full-length and provides similarly rigid arch support. You can alternatively try placing a small piece of double-sided tape beneath your Plantar Fascia insoles at the heel and ball of the foot to help hold them in place, though this may not be sufficient hold for more vigorous activity.

Hi, I've been using the Plantar Fascia insoles for a couple of years, how do I stop them slipping in my shoes, they constantly move when walking distances, towards my toes so that my heels are not supported by about 3 cm.

Asked by: Robyn
Hi there, we have a few suggestions for keeping the Plantar Fascia insole in place: Make sure the insoles are snug into the heel of you shoe. Using double sided adhesive is also helpful to stick it to the original shoe insole. Some shoes may allow you to place it comfortably underneath the existing insole as well. For similar, full length support we recommend trying our Airr Orthotic or FIT insoles.

Plantar_Fascia is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Run with these I had plantar fasciitis for ~2 years and was keen to avoid straining this region again. I have these in my running shoes and they are fabulous - help a lot with impact and the arch gives some spring back to the foot. I wish I had found these back in the days when my feet were really bad as I feel certain they would have shortened the recovery time. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for and they still look and act like new after about 2 years of use (not daily, but frequent). Great heel cushioning and great arch support (stiff plastic with cushioned overlay).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Part of a Plantar Fascia Treatment Regimen I a physician as well as an intermittent runner. I run as little as two miles per week to upwards of forty. Since I started running three years ago I have done six half marathons and one full. I started training for my full marathon last year and during my training I developed plantar fasciitis. I have tried boots, night splints and comfort bands as well as exercises. All my efforts helped but couldn't cure my plantar fasciitis. I realized that the interventions I was doing while off my feet were only part of the treatment plan. I purchased SofSole Plantar Fascia insoles about one month ago and my plantar fasciitis pain is lessening. I truly believe that these are an essential part of the treatment plan for plantar fasciitis. Matt N, M.D.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst product I've used from Sof Sole I have used several Sof Airr Orthotic full length and liked them and tried this version to see if it would improve with my plantar fasciities -- this is the worst product ever. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have time to test it before going on my vacation and this product caused my left foot to over pronate causing it to hurt after two days days of walking! I removed them and my feet fell much better without them so I'm continuing to walk without them since I did not bring the Orthotic full length with me. I've wasted money on this version of Sof Sole and do not recommend you waste your money on this as well.
