With this item be good for my son who has Sievers disease? He also has flat feet

Asked by: Mayew
If your son would like a more rigid insole, we would recommend this one. The Airr Orthotic does have arch support which would help with his flat feet and Skydex air capsules in the heel for a bit of added comfort. If he would like something more cushioned, we would recommend the Airr insole or the Athlete. The Airr insole still has the Skydex air capsules but it is a softer alternative to the Orthotic version. The Athlete insole is a cushioning insole for neutral arches and has gel in the heel and forefoot to help absorb the shock of each foot strike.

Love your product, especially in my work boots....the only problem is I have a wide foot at the toe, so the insole doesn't fit my whole foot, my big toe ends up not cushioned. Just wondering if you are ever going to make an insole for wide feet?

Asked by: Robert777
Unfortunately we do not currently make an extra wide insole but we appreciate your feedback and will pass it on. Usually if you need a wider insole, we recommend purchasing the next size up from your normal size. The arch placement will not be affected but the insole will be about ¼ of an inch wider.

Hi, is it adequate this insole for pronation? Thanks!

Asked by: WillyGui33871
“To help with pronation, we would recommend a product with a deep heel cup and arch support to hold the foot in place. Depending on your arch height, we would suggest taking a look at our Fit insole line or the Arch Insoles. Our FIT line is comprised of three different insoles, each categorized by arch height. They are the most rigid insoles that we have. The Arch insoles are a softer insole with a buildup of cushion in the arch area. They both have a deep heel cup and are meant to aid in stability.”

I wear 10.5 - 11 (USA sizing), depending on manufacturer. 1. What size Airr Performance should I get......using them in golf shoes and street loafers. 2. Where is the closest store to Monterey, CA?

Asked by: Ridge
We would recommend the Men’s 11-12.5 and trimming the toe to fit inside your shoe. For store locations nearest to you, please visit our store locator here:

I have high arched feet with Taylor bunions would this model be good for that?

Asked by: Jeandeck
The AIRR Orthotic is for Low to Neutral arches, which may not be enough support for someone with high arches. We recommend trying the Arch Performance insole or the FIT High Arch insole. The Arch Performance insole is designed for individuals with high arches or who need enhanced arch cushioning. The deep heel cup prevents slippage and the Polyurethane foam enhances comfort for the entire foot. If you need an insole that is more rigid, but still provides plenty of support for a high arch, we recommend the FIT High Arch series. The FIT High Arch is constructed with an Anatomical nylon plate and high-rebound foam to help improve footwear fit, performance, and comfort.

I bought a pair of Altra Escalante that has a wide toe bed. They have zero drop, no arch support. I have flat feet and need arch support. My current insoles are not wide enough in the toe bed. Does the Aiir orthotic have a wide toe bed?

Asked by: Holly88
“Our insoles are not specifically made in wide sizes. The toe bend and forefoot area dimensions depend on the specific insole and your shoe size. Please email with your question and details of your shoe size and we would be happy to advise you further.”

I have really bad heels, they always hurt during the day, I walk on concrete 8 hours a day every day! I have a neutral arc. Which insole will be the best for this?

Asked by: Bobhay
We recommend trying the AIRR Performance insole or the Athlete. Both of these insoles provide extra cushioning in the heel. The AIRR Performance is suitable for Neutral Arches and features an encapsulated air chamber in the heel and arch, as well as Polymer Gel in the forefoot for superior shock absorption. The Athlete insole is also designed for Neutral Arches and provides maximum cushioning and support for various activities.

I have rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis in my knees, fibromyalgia, and sjogrens. I suffer from extreme pain in my feet and all over my body. No matter what tennis shoes I buy every pair always has these AIRR orthotic insoles. Im not an athlete but wear these every day of my life or I can barely walk at all. My husband is a long distance runner from Morocco and he now uses these in his steel toed boots to work since hes on his feet all day. These orthotics are a must in our household.
